However I do note the toilet was behind an actual door. This enabled me to see the bin which was off putting when I was having my meal. The entrance to the bathroom was behind a - how can I explain - the wooden doors you get in a cowboy movie with no top and bottom and it swings back and forth. (1) where we were sat the bathroom was a couple of metres away. The waiter then took the bottle back in and brought out a wee bowl of vinegar - which was nice of him!! So thank you for that!! The waiter then proceeded to hand my partner the bottle while she put it on her chips. My partner asked for vinegar to go with the chips and the waiter went to the kitchen and brought out a bottle (I believe it’s not common to have vinegar at the table) and asked if that’s what we wanted. I thought it was nice and peppery but do agree it was a bit thick in consistency. Pepper sauce - partner thought the sauce was a bit on the thick side. Salad - I requested mines without tomato and the dressing was good. ![]() I was too full to try it.Ĭhips - crispy and fluffy inside. This didn’t dampen the meal.Ĭhorizo - a bit too burnt for my liking but tasty.Ĭhicken - my partner said it was tender. We were asked how we like our steak - medium rare we requested. This I believe is one of the selling points in the restaurant. The platter was served in a grill which was brought out to the table. We ordered 2 chips with ours plus extras - rice and pepper sauce. The platter came with 2 sides (chips/rice/baked potato) and a side salad. We ordered the Parradilla Amigo which consisted of rump steak, sirloin, chicken breast, ribs and chorizo (sausage). A lady in another table was rolling her eyes when she couldn’t get a hold of the waiter. I noticed two tables had complained the length of time they waited. However this was not the case for several tables in the restaurant. The waiter did explain when we ordered that it would be a 45 minute wait. I wasn’t complaining though because I was hungry. With no reservation being made, the waiter took us to a. The restaurant is pretty small with adequate seating inside and outside. We stumbled along this Amigo restaurant after we went to another Amigo restaurant who told us they were too busy to serve us.
